WHAT IS COACHING
Coaching is a partnership between two people, the client and the coach. I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives and already have the answers within, as a coach I simply help to unlock them.
I aim to enable the client to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be. Together we work to develop and enhance your potential and move you into new and exciting areas of your life.
Developing a sense of personal responsibility is key to managing your life, initially we will focus on what you, the client, needs. We will identify areas that are working well for you and those which can be adapted and improved upon.
You are encouraged to look at your current beliefs, identifying those that support you and addressing any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. In this way you begin to tap into your unrealised potential.
Having clarity and focus on what you want to create is the perfect place to start to live the life you have always wanted.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT OF ME
As a coach you can expect an honest, objective and non judgmental coaching session. I aim to support and encourage my clients to challenge and expand the way in which they think in order to gain greater self awareness. I adhere to the professional coaching code of ethics and as such everything discussed during our sessions remains 100% confidential.
I recommend a course of 6 x 1 hour sessions, fortnightly. This can be flexible depending on the clients individual needs.
My office is based in Chelsea, alternatively we can use Skype/ phone.
