Skin and Tonic Steam Clean Balm
Skin and Tonic’s cleansing balm is honestly one of my favourite products at the moment. I use it day and night. Their Steam Clean balm leaves your skin feeling rejuvenated and fresh from the spearmint oils. Highly moisturising, it leaves your skin feeling extra soft too. I prefer using an oil-based balm as it leaves your skin feeling softer and smoother. It can also be doubled up as a make-up remover.
Pumpkin seed butter
Most people go for good old peanut butter, some go for almond, fewer to cashew and it appears even fewer to pumpkin seeds butter, but for me it is the best! Pumpkin seeds are packed with fibre, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They are especially high in magnesium which is hugely important to keeping our hearts healthy. They are also a great source of protein so chuck some into your morning smoothie for an extra kick. You could also sprinkle them on salad or just enjoy them on their own.
My favourite spice at the moment, it is loaded with antioxidants and has high inflammatory properties. It also helps to stabilise your blood sugar keeping you satisfied for longer. My favourite way to use it is in smoothies or mixed into porridge. It is also great after dinner to satisfy your sweet tooth sprinkled on a chopped up apple.
I have definitely been guilty of neglecting gym memberships in the past…! It always seemed like a good idea at first but then a few weeks later I would realise that I hate running machines, I can’t lift weights on my own and the classes I wanted were full…
Luckily, Class Pass has come to London! There are over 150 studios all over London that you can choose from. The price per month ranges from £59-89 and you can pick and choose when and where you want to work out. The thing I like most about Class Pass is that you can try things you might not have tried before, from yoga to pilates, spinning to barre – it is a great way to keep your workouts interesting and fun.
