I have been taking the tablets daily throughout the winter, gram for gram they are more nutrient dense than kale or spinach… they are packed full of vitamins and minerals.
They also help detox your body from heavy metals and other pesticides too, something that many of us could benefit from. They support your liver and kidneys, are great for immune health and help your digestive system as well.
If that isn’t enough, chlorella is also great for your hair and skin!

I honestly cannot get enough of this… I don’t like liquorice and expected not to like it, but I was wrong. It has a sweet aftertaste, a good way to curb your sugar cravings.
Liquorice also has anti-inflammatory properties, while peppermint helps digestion, so a mug after lunch works well.
A really quick and easy way to incorporate more veggies into your diet, courgettes, beetroot, carrots, whatever you can get through it! ‘Zoodles’ are a great substitute for pasta. I love courgettes with a tasty pesto and baked salmon at the moment.
