My Healthy Christmas Present Guide / Wish list!

I couldn’t be more excited about Christmas this year!  Family, friends, delicious food and presents. I absolutely love giving presents and this year I think I may have gone a little over board!

Here is a list of ideas / a wish list for yourself!

Get the Glow – Madeline Shaw

Glow

I actually got this as a little present for myself as soon as it came out. Madeline’s recipes are so up my street! Interesting, exciting, new and amazingly tasty!! She also includes six-week healthy eating plan which could be ideal for the New Year. This is a perfect Christmas present in my eyes!

Lumie Light

If you are buying this for someone, I strongly suggest you double up on the order. I jumped on board about 3 years ago and I can honestly say that I have never looked back. I definitely noticed myself developing symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder. Every morning I put it on first thing and I certainly notice a difference. You can also get alarm clocks with a light which I have heard are great too.

Liz Earle Bronzer

I have now been using this bronzer for several years but I find I love it even more in the winter. The four different shades create the perfect glow on your skin, ideal for this time of year when we could use a little extra help. I would 100% recommend this, I adore it and it is a great present!

Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel

This is 100% on my list. I am a slight creature of habit when it comes to my skin care routine but I have used this once before and I adored it! It is a little pricey but definitely worth it.

Coco White

This is oil pulling made easy!  A perfect way to introduce people to it but it also has amazing results. It might be worth buying yourself a box to try – these are great! Oil pulling is known to help alleviate symptoms of hangovers, so it might be worth investing in a box for the next couple of weeks!

Mason Jars

Because you really can’t have enough!

Jamie’s Every Day Super food cookbook

I am in love with Jamie! His new Every Day Super Food book is great. Full of new, exciting and healthy recipes, perfect for some new inspiration!

Booja Booja Chocolates

It wouldn’t be Christmas without some delicious chocolates and these hands down win every time! If you really love someone, buy them these. Unbelievably rich, smooth and creamy, a must in my eyes!

Ren Sugar Scrub

I was actually given this last year by my friend and I absolutely adore it. The granular gritty texture of the sugar is the perfect exfoliation, it not only leaves you smelling great but it makes your skin incredibly soft. Perfect for the winter, I highly recommend this one!

Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil

I have also given this as a present numerous times and it goes down extremely well. People often worry about using oil on their skin but this one is not greasy at all and by the morning your skin feels smooth and rejuvenated.

i+i Jewellery

Ok so not technically ‘healthy’ but I absolutely adore this brand and it is on my Christmas list so I thought I should add it on. It has the most beautiful designs, I love it all. Definitely check it out.
