Mango And Baobab Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients: (serves 2)

 

1 frozen banana

1 mango

2 big handfuls of spinach – washed

½ avocado

1 handful oats

1 tbs of baobab powder

1 tbs coconut oil (optional)

2 cups (400ml) coconut water (you could also use any other dairy free alternative)

 

Method:

Put everything into a high-speed blender and blend. You can top with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, and/or granola.

 

*Tip – got a sore head after one too many drinks? Mix some baobab powder into your water, a great little trick and it works wonders to ease a hangover!
